Add a celebratory flare to any event.

People are ready to celebrate the holiday season and many venues get an extra boost from being dressed in seasonal décor. Additionally, many streets are lined with lights which adds a magical twinkle to any setting. This time of year is the perfect time to infuse your event with family tradition, festive music (in moderation), and is an amazing opportunity to unite loved ones. Since venues are typically dressed in holiday decorations, this could be an added bonus and a way for you to save on décor, or it might be something you want to discuss with your venue ahead of time so their decorations don’t hinder your event aesthetics. If you’re throwing a consciously seasonal event, this will work in your favor, however if you’re throwing a wedding or birthday with a different focus, we’ll discuss this with your venue to make sure that you are the star of your event and not Santa!

If you’re planning an event ahead of time, we’ll share your color palate with the venue and see how it aligns with their plans for the season. Your ideas may compliment beautifully, but we may have to get creative. Regardless, we’ll be sure to execute the winter event of your dreams!

This magical time of year comes alongside many different holidays. Between Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s Eve, many people have a lot on their calendars, so it’s important to consider this when booking your event. Historically January through March is the slowest time of the year to say “I do”, so there is potential for off-season discounts during that timeframe.

An outdoor picturesque ceremony with a winter backdrop sounds dreamy, but we don’t want to hear shivering teeth during the ceremony. If you opt for an outdoor ceremony, consider offering throw blankets and setting up heaters to ensure everyone is comfortable. Nothing is impossible, so if you have an idea for a winter event, let me know so I can help you execute it!
