This package is ideal if you have already booked vendors and planned the wedding, but need some help to manage all the details close to the event so you can relax and enjoy the day. When it comes down to the day of your wedding you should be able to relax and enjoy this special event. It’s not the time to be bothered with vendor calls, delays, layout changes, or event setups. This is your time to revel in the love and commitment you’re about to make! Enjoy it and let me take the stress out of your event! I will manage your vendors, setup, and manage your ceremony/reception timeline so that it feels effortless. I’ll meet with you to put together a comprehensive plan four to six weeks before your wedding day. This service includes confirmation of vendors, and full availability to answer any of your questions. I’ll be the primary contact for your guests and will be on-site on the big day to make sure that vendors arrive in a timely manner. Additionally, I’ll assist with final decor touches, assist the photographer with organizing pictures, arrange the ceremony line-up and reception introduction, distribute vendor gratuities and final payments, and most importantly, I’ll handle any unexpected issues. I want to learn all about your plans so that I can organize them for you. I will work with you to bring your vision to reality and create an effortless and memorable day!
